老酒麵線是馬祖人調養身體,坐月子必備的料理,將麵線煮熟,以老酒、煎蛋共同煮透,老酒的香氣與甘甜,搭上滑順入喉的麵線,冬天吃一碗,整個身子都跟著暖起來了。

材料:(1人份)
- 馬祖老酒麵線:1人份(此泡麵麵線為五木麵線需煮過才熟)
- 老酒:依喜好加更多酒比較有味道(老酒不易取得,可用紹興酒、米酒取代)
- 麻油
- 薑(切絲)
- 蛋一顆
- 青菜(依自己喜好使用時令季節蔬菜)
- 豬肉(切絲或切末)

作法:
1.麻油爆薑後加入雞蛋煎熟

2. 雞蛋煎熟熟後放酒浸透
