已有六十年歷史的漢坊餅藝前身為 " 凱凰林餅舖 " 是由老師傅李敏郎一手創立
老師傅出生於台中,正是漢餅發源地,自十幾歲開始鑽研各式漢餅及西點等產品
曾任很多知名餐廳點心部主廚,之後便創立凱凰林,當時無論西點、蛋糕、麵包、漢餅都一手包辦

最讓Niki想要品嚐的是純綠豆椪,Niki家平時就習慣喝下午茶,鳳梨酥、小月餅、綠豆椪都經常出現
因為老爸很喜歡品茶配這些中式傳統糕餅,受到影響Niki也超愛這些糕餅
來杯暖呼呼的烏龍茶或是高山茶,搭配甜而不膩的酥香糕餅,讓忙碌的生活放鬆一下

漢坊餅藝內餡食材選用完全不馬虎
蛋精選絕不含抗生素健康優質的蛋雞、奶油選用紐西蘭進口安佳特級奶油
豬肉的部份選用前腿肉,又稱夾心肉,位於前腿上部,半肥半瘦,肉老筋多,吸收水分能力較強,適於做餡
[毛綠豆]一般根據綠豆皮的種類分為
明綠豆:種皮為綠色、深綠色,為有光澤的綠豆
黃綠豆:種皮為黃色、黃綠色、為有光澤的綠豆灰綠豆:種皮為灰綠色,為無光澤的綠豆
雜綠豆:不符合以上的綠豆
一般有光澤的綠豆稱綠豆或油綠豆,無光澤的綠豆表面灰灰毛毛有層膜的感覺的細看會有細細的毛絨稱毛綠豆
漢坊所使用的毛綠豆比較容易煮爛口感也比較綿,所以相對的價格也比較高
綠豆沙製作
綠豆—篩選—去殼—浸泡—鍋爐蒸孰—研磨—入鍋烹炒—添加材料—測試黏稠,鬆軟度—測量烹煮溫度—定時烹調完成起鍋
嚴選綠豆仁,經過浸泡蒸熟後,加入獨家秘製食材烹炒,每一份材料比例都要求低糖低油低鹽

愛吃的Niki忍不住又敗家了,買了蛋黃酥、金韻蛋黃酥、綠豆小月餅、冰沙小月..........
就是太愛享受美食,所以Niki才會一直都瘦不下來,真是苦惱

色澤漂亮的蛋黃酥和金韻蛋黃酥躲在包裝裡看起來好誘人
每個小包裝都有打印上蛋奶素可食,還有餅名唷~~~好貼心

撕開包裝放在盤裡,陣陣的蛋香與餅香飄散而出,烤的酥黃漂亮的餅皮油油亮亮
